A Fractional CHRO is a senior level HR executive who works with your organization on a part time or retainer basis. You get executive level thinking, strategic partnership, and hands on support without the cost or commitment of a full time hire.

The Fractional CHRO service is more embedded and operational. Strategic Advisory is focused specifically on CEO and leadership team support around decisions, structure, alignment, and culture. Some clients need both. Most start with one and expand from there.

Targeted Projects are defined, short term engagements for a specific need. Common projects include HR audits, compliance reviews, employee relations investigations, handbook and policy builds, performance management frameworks, and leadership alignment sessions. Each project is scoped clearly upfront.

Targeted Projects typically run 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope. Fractional CHRO and Strategic Advisory engagements are ongoing monthly retainers. Most clients stay in an ongoing partnership once they experience the value of consistent, senior level support.

Yes. While we are based in Houston and work closely with local organizations, we serve clients nationally. Leadership development and coaching engagements can also be delivered internationally.

We work primarily with medical practices, nonprofits, and small to mid sized businesses. The common thread is not the industry. It is organizations with real people challenges, growth on the horizon, and leadership teams that are ready to do things more intentionally.

We intentionally keep our client load to 4 to 6 organizations at a time. This ensures every client receives senior level attention, full context, and the responsiveness that complex people work requires. We do not operate at volume.
