Founded by Sajal Javid, MSW, M.Ed., CDP, InclusivEdge brings over 20 years of hands-on HR leadership across healthcare, nonprofit, corporate, hospitality, and the arts. Sajal has built HR functions from the ground up, advised executive teams and boards, and led through complexity at every stage of organizational growth.

Our Story
Sajal founded InclusivEdge after seeing the same pattern repeat across sectors: organizations either had HR that was purely transactional — processing paperwork and managing compliance — or they were navigating complex, high-stakes people challenges without any real strategic support.
InclusivEdge was built to sit exactly in the middle of that gap. To handle the operational realities of HR while also connecting every people decision to the strategy, culture, and leadership direction of the business. Most organizations need both. That is where InclusivEdge does its best work.
